About the Author

Hi, I’m Mallory!

Mallory Dyer is a storyteller at heart and a former math educator with a knack for making learning fun. As a National Teaching Excellence Award winner, she spent years inspiring students in the classroom—now, she’s channeling her passion into children’s books!

Watching the challenges her nephews, nieces, and son faced, Mallory found her purpose and her “why” behind her writing. Her debut book, Tony Tractor Gets Glasses, is a tribute to her nephew’s brave adaptation to strabismus, his experience with glasses, and finding his confidence.

Through Tony’s story, she hopes to help kids embrace change, build confidence, and see the world—both literally and figuratively—in a whole new way. This is just the beginning of the Tony Tractor and His Friends series, which was crafted to spark a love of reading in children everywhere.
